I I ran across this book on Facebook and it happened to be one of the days I was feeling the worst. After reading just the first page I immediately felt ok. It reminded me that no matter how hard it can get God still has grace and mercy.. I downloaded the Goodnotes app that way I can read my e-book digitally and I can also write in the journal digitally with my iPad or my phone and because I take my phone everywhere whenever I’m feeling away, I can go straight to the book and start journaling from my phone, which has helped me so much with my healing process
